How streaming works
- • The Recite page fetches ayah audio URLs from the Django API (
/api/audio/<reciter>/<surah>/<ayah>/). - • The player preloads the upcoming ayah to keep transitions smooth while reading.
- • When you pause or switch reciters, cached URLs are cleared so fresh audio loads instantly.
Troubleshooting tips
- • If the browser blocks autoplay, tap once on the play button to grant audio permission.
- • On slower networks, leave the tab focused so the preloading pipeline can finish.
